i work for a company that specialises in industrial coating equipment. what coating?? decorative coating (like residential housing project painting), protective coating (ship, steel structure, offshore rig coatings), automotive (car mfgs) furniture , as well as things like roof coating, floor and etc.
and if for whatever reason i can't continue with this current job, i'd probably look for something that i've wanted to do for a long time. so listed are the jobs that i'd probably take on..
realistically
1. ambulance driver
2. paint inspector (literally inspecting paints/coatings)
3. postman
4. traffic police
5. postman.
(most require fast driving)
unrealistic jobs to have
1. stand-up comedian
2. f-1 driver
3. f-1 safety car driver
4. f-1 test driver
(most also require fast driving)
work that i'll never/cant take on as a profession
1. photographer (full time)
2. wedding planner
3. lawyer
4. wedding related industry.
(not related to driving at all)

Firstly you don't work for that company, you own that company.
Secondly I am not sure whether you are still in the same country that I previously left. Traffic police and postman don't drive fast. Traffic police just stand on the road and direct traffic while postman uses a motorcycle. A detective is what you are looking for as they are the ones that chase after the bad guys.
Furthermore it is weird that the jobs you mentioned as jobs that you will not take on are actually your part time or 2nd job. I mean stuff related to weddings.

Clearly your many hours spent playing GT has gotten into your head. But don't worry, I know loads of ppl who are dying to be the Safety Car driver as well (just that I'm not one of them).
