KOTA TINGGI: A woman accidentally killed her husband when she ran over him in their driveway while trying to reverse her car.
The 49-year-old woman was about to reverse when she accidentally put the gear into drive mode and pressed the accelerator pedal. (The Star, 19th Aug 2008)

Maybe it truly was an accident...or it was something that was made to look like one. Hmmm...
She just got away from murder, prolly killed him coz he has a wondering eye. Hmmmmmmmm.....dodgey....
Remeber the case near Bangsar where the bank manager died because she was sleeping, woke up and accelerated down the hill.
I can't understand how we can mistake Reverse (R) with Drive (D). It is 2 places away. If it is not automatic and you can confuse changing reverse with 1st gear then there is no hope.
As 1 of our friend's blog is called "itsawomansworld", it may be true nowadays but more men are dying in this world! Haha
